Kirsten is a fan of new agile ways of working that she uses in her daily business: away from "black box thinking", in which the agency retreats and at some point presents a solution, towards several sprint phases, after each of which the current status is discussed with the customer. In her experience, this leads to a productive exchange, and the results are much better and more customer-focused.
