As Senior UX Developer, Christian likes to be involved in all sub-processes of a project, from the very beginning. In his position at the interface of all the various disciplines he likes to work in an agile manner and enjoys being able to share perspectives with people from his own discipline and other specialists.
"Just being brought on board for the implementation – that's not enough for me. It's the exchange across all project phases and disciplines that makes agile work so appealing to me."
In any case, he believes it is important to develop products for the people who will end up using them. For him, design systems are the key to this - they keep products flexible and adaptive and, with their coherent and consistent surface, easy to understand for their users.
