What you bring to the table
- You are an art director, senior designer or creative mind with sufficient experience (at least 5 years) - and now ready for the next step
- You are an expert in the conception and implementation of holistic campaigns, content formats and digital experiences
- You have a keen sense of design, brands and digital trends
- You think in terms of people, not media - your focus is on customer and user needs
- You are curious, want to get to the bottom of things and understand what makes the (customer) world tick
- You combine strong communication skills, a professional demeanor and the courage to take unconventional paths
- You can not only visualize ideas, but also package them in meaningful slide decks and present them convincingly
- You speak English very well and can easily integrate into international project teams; basic German language skills would be nice but not a prerequisite
